Gaspé Vacation

We decided to escape the seemingly never-ending heat-wave for a while by driving to the Gaspé peninsula, where Henri had a great time during his nine-day visit at his grand-maman's quaint village. He enjoyed playing with his cousin who was also visiting her grand-parents. This gave Henri a chance to improve his oral French skills since his cousin only understands French. He also visited a few local attractions such as the farmers' market and the lovely Jardins de Métis botanical gardens but his favourite attraction by far was the beach, which he visited twice a day or more! Dad didn't complain because the beach offered endless photo opportunities including goregous sunsets!
